Introducing “Tatsumi”, a new Japanese-French fusion restaurant opening this December inside Panorama Niseko’s Clubhouse.
With seating for 50 people, Owner Tatsumi Tomita excitedly announces the restaurant will focus on fresh Hokkaido produce, with families, groups and private parties all welcome.
Boasting glorious vistas of Mt Yotei and Hirafu Ski Resort, Tatsumi offers a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, open for morning coffee and fresh-baked pastries, lunch and dinner. The original apres-ski cocktails are a must!
Presenting a balanced selection of delicious Hokkaido seafood, meat, fruit and vegetables, Tatsumi’s menu caters to all tastes.
Born in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, Tatsumi-san learned his trade as a sushi chef in Tokyo, then gained worldly experience in Whistler, Canada and numerous resorts. He currently operates the Hanadai Restaurant and Ground Pub Niseko in Kutchan town.
