Some very egg-citing (sorry, couldn’t resist) news out of Panorama Niseko today…. The brand new onsen egg hut is up and running!

Onsen tamago (eggs cooked in onsen water) are a popular delicacy across Japan, but Panorama’s new addition is a first for the Niseko area.

Hokkaido’s delicious free-range eggs, slow cooked in Panorama’s mineral rich onsen water = absolute creamy, dreamy perfection. Delicious!
